How We Use Information

We use this information only to send invite links, RSVP reminders, event reminders, RSVP confirmations, and related engagement party updates. We also use RSVP information to plan attendance, plus-ones, food, and event logistics.

SMS Consent and Mobile Information

Mobile information, text messaging opt-in data, and text messaging consent will not be shared with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes.

All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the text messaging services used only to deliver messages for this RSVP program.

Who Can Access Information

Access is limited to the event hosts and authorized administrators who need the information to manage invitations, RSVPs, and event communications.

Data Retention

We keep RSVP and messaging records only as long as needed to manage the event, resolve support questions, maintain delivery history, and meet reasonable operational or legal requirements.
